Return Policy
If you decide to return a non-damaged item for any reason within 14 days we will refund the full amount less a 15% handling charge. For any items which are faulty or damaged we will give a full refund or replace them free of charge, (including postage) if they are returned within 14 days.
You need to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them prior to return. You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than faults or damage.
To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature indicating whether you wish to have a refund or replacement. Then send the package with your full name, address, order number, contact telephone number and email address to us at address below:
Important note: we cannot be liable for items sent unrecorded. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will issue the refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days.
